Includes:

4 Prenatal info sessions (90-120 minutes each): These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and individual concerns. (vaginal birth, planned caesarean birth, postpartum period, medicated and non medicated, coping strategies etc.)  We will meet in the privacy of your home where you will have my sole attention, this allows concerns, personal topics and wishes to be shared with ease. This is a convenient choice if you are on bed rest and/or have a medical condition.

 Telephone and Email Support:  If you have any questions during your pregnancy phone calls, texts and e-mails will be answered in a timely fashion. 

2 week on-call period: Begins two weeks before your guess date and is maintained until your baby is born.

Attendance at your Birth: see "What to expect at your birth..." below services.

2 postpartum visits: Will take place within the first week of baby's birth, generally 1 to 2 days after, sometimes sooner if requested. These visits are to ensure that mother and partner are comfortable, mother is healing well, transition into parenthood is comfortable and breastfeeding is going well (if this is the method the family chooses).
